As of August 29, 2025, the Trump Administration removed the de minimis exception which means that all parcels, even those under $800 value, are subject to tariffs for US customers.

We ship globally from Vancouver, Canada.

This means that as a US customer, you are required to pay additional duties/taxes to receive your order. These charges are applied by the shipping carrier prior to delivery.

If you refuse to remit the duties/taxes, and therefore refuse to receive the parcel, we DO NOT offer refunds or returns.
