Shipping
We ship globally from Austin, TX and Calgary, Canada.
We ship discretely! Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates that free-bleeding or intimacy-related contents are inside.
All orders are shipped within 1–4 business days of order placement. Upon being shipped, customers receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping timeline estimations provided at checkout (when selecting your desired shipping option) are approximate and are from the time of order shipment, NOT the time of order placement.
We do not take responsibility for instances in which the customer does not receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. In this case, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered (i.e. parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, it can be replaced or refunded if the customer purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have NOT received it, please file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued.
If an order is returned to us (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by Free Bleed®.
Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival or the parcel does not successfully deliver. In this case, customers should file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued. Note that if you decline or remove Shipping Protection at checkout, you are forfeiting your right to replacement or refund if your parcel gets lost or arrives damaged.

Every Free Bleed® Blanket is made from ultra-soft microfiber fleece and velvet (polyester) plush satin, giving you a luxurious feel while still being durable enough to last and effectively absorb fluids. Each blanket has an inner waterproof polyurethane layer, so blood, lube, and other fluids won’t soak through to the other side, no matter how messy things get.
Use it for period sex, as a splash blanket, or simply to cuddle up worry-free on your bed, it’s designed to catch everything and leave your sheets dry.
To keep your blanket in top shape:
- Machine wash in cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle
- Wash it on its own to avoid damaging the waterproof layer
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry, high heat can melt the lining over time
- Do not dry-clean
Even our light-colored Champagne blanket can handle blood, oils, and fluids without permanent stains. For stubborn spots, feel free to spray with your favorite eco stain remover before washing, but this is almost never required!
Blankets will stay beautiful and comfortable, but remember: frequent machine washes can age them faster. Be mindful when selecting your wash and dry temperature.
